Kale is a wonderfully deep flavoured, dark leaf. It is high in Iron and offers a great alternative to cabbage to enliven your usual meal selection. Why not try Kale lightly boiled with a sprinkle of caraway seeds, or chop it up in a stirfry to add a little extra flavour.
