Prices are based on the maximum weight within the bracket - we will issue refunds where the weight and thereby the price is reduced or ask for further payments were the Gammon is larger than paid for by the customer. This is due to turkeys being a natural product and exact weights can not be guaranteed. 

Ham will be available for collection or delivery from 22nd/23rd December.
