Gold Kiwi, Pineapple and Turmeric Smoothie
Ingredients:
3x peeled Golden Kiwi
100g fresh peeled and cored pineapple
1-2cm piece of fresh turmeric root
Optional: Water
Method:
1)Add all ingredients to blender, blend until smooth.
2)If the smoothie texture is thicker than you would like, add small amount of water.
3)Blend again, if the consistency still not what you would like, Repeat step 2.

Gold Kiwi
Kiwis are native to China and the Gold Kiwi is a patented variety which was naturally bred in New Zealand.
Gold kiwis distinguish themselves from common kiwis in colour, texture, and flavour. The Gold kiwi has bronze-toned, smooth, hairless paper-thin skin. The golden flesh is dotted with the trademark edible black seeds. Its flavours are sweet and tropical with notes of pineapple and mango. The entire gold kiwi fruit is edible.
